Commemoration Day is celebrated in Akshara on 19th December which is the birthday of Mrs. Pratibha D. Patil – the first woman President of India, from whose life journey we draw our inspiration.

Our students are aware of environment issues like global warming and enthusiastically participate in related activities like tree plantation, waste management and water conservation
Annual School Concert
The Annual Cultural Extravaganza -ATHENAEUM is culmination of the students’ year-long learning in the areas of cultural and co-curricular activities, such as drama, vocal music, instrumental music and dance.
Annual School Fest
Our Annual School Fest, SPANDAN, provides a platform for the students to develop both life skills as well as values. The proceeds are donated to a particular cause and hence the students learn to give back to the society.
Annual Sports Meet
IGNITE, the annual sports meet of Akshara is a platform where the students enhance their physical and social skills. It is a culmination of various inter-house activities and the coveted ‘Sports Trophy’ is presented to the winning house on this day.
