Education/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent degree in respective field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reputed school
- Previous experience in managing or coordinating extracurricular activities
- Strong organizational, inter-personal and multi-tasking skills.
- Candidates with summer camp experience to lead engaging activities, promote teamwork, and create a fun, safe environment for children.
Additional Qualification:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere among students.
- Time management and scheduling skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think on developing new activities.
Skills:
- Develop & implement a diverse range of after-school activities (e.g., arts and crafts, sports, music, drama, and other activities).
- Hire and manage internal & external resource persons.
- Manage the budget required for the activities & maintain the records
